Development with different platforms

Hi all!!

I'm newbie in Subversion, so sorry if this is a very simple question.
I'm currently the only developer of a project, and depending on where I
am (at home or at work), I use different platforms to develop my code.
Concretely I use Eclipse/Linux at work, and Eclipse/MacOS at home.
What should I do with my ".project" file? It is a platform dependant
file (because of my filesystems structures), and when I synchronize my
code Subeclipse says me that this file is missing on the repository.

Any ideas?

Thank you!!
