I also found Trac's dependencies way difficult to install (on Mac OS
X), and although its integrated bugtracker/repobrowser/wiki trio is
appealing, it only handled one project at a time, which didn't work
for us.

We're now using Mantis as our bug tracker and MediaWiki as our wiki.
They're both PHP + MySQL; since our business is developing PHP +
MySQL web sites, both were a breeze to install. They're not
integrated with one another, but so far that hasn't been a problem.
So far we have no repo browser, except what you get in TortoiseSVN or
with mod_dav_svn. Mantis does already integrate with ViewCVS for CVS
repositories. I don't think it does that for Subversion yet, but I
haven't tried. It should be easy to do though I'd imagine. (If anyone
has more info on this, I'd be interested.)
