svn: Valid UTF-8 data problem , help needed

Hi to all,

I am Aji, I am getting the following problem for last two days while
doing a svn update, svn status (other commands too)

svn: Valid UTF-8 data
(hex: 72)
followed by invalid UTF-8 sequence
(hex: e9 75 6e 69)

I am able to commit specific files but I am not able to do it for the main
folders. I read about it , people say it is some problem with directory
structure. I did not get any solution so far. Please help
