I have searched and cannot find the proper way to ignore a file.

I have set the property on the parent directory. Committed that change.
Then created a file that matches that ignore and it still shows up in status.

I've tried deleting the file from the repo and committing that then creating again.
No good.

I'm kind of at a loss.

Btw, i'm using the latest binary for win32 svn.
