svn cleanup fails

Hi everyone,

i have a problem with the svn working copy of a workmate:
when we try to do an update, it fails, telling me that the working copy
is locked.
So we tried to do a cleanup, which failed too, telling us that he can't
copy a binary file:

--------------
In directoy C:\<WORKINGDIR>:
Can't copy C:\<WORKINGDIR>\.svn\temp\text-base\<BINARYFILENAME>.svn-base
to C:\<WORKINGDIR>\<BINARYFILENAME>.5.tmp: Das System kann die
angegebene Datei nicht finden.
----------------

The update/commit stuff worked in the past, don't know why it fails now.

Is there a way to remove the locks manually ? E.g. by deleting the temp
folder or something like that?

I use TortoiseSVN on WindowsXP.
