Dear Subversion users,
Kosmos is a suite of JSR-168-compliant portlets backed by a server
component,
to track the evolution of various aspects in a development project:
version control, issue tracker, continuous integration builds and project
dependencies. It allows configuring custom portal pages
(http://labs.jboss.com/portal/index.html?ctrl:id=page.default.freezone&project=kosmos&page=screenshots.html),
and receiving text and graphical reports about any number of development
projects in realtime.
Version 0.1.0RC1 offers:
- CruiseControl continuous integration build monitoring portlet:
to help you to track your build results without checking emails or
separate webpages
- JIRA issue tracker monitoring portlet:
to help you to track the issue statuses, priorities and assignees
- SourceForge file release monitoring portlet:
to help you to keep your project dependencies and toolbox up-to-date
- Subversion repository monitoring portlet:
to help you to track your team's activity and repo complexity
What the project needs in this stage, is enthusiastic early adopters
to return feedback, bugreports, opinions and ideas. Contributions are
welcome, too.
For more information, visit:
Kosmos project page
