SVN administrative tool

Hi,

I'm looking for a tool to EASILY manage multiple projects using SVN.
Each project should have its own repo.

My need is a sort of SourceForge/Savane/GForge with only the users
management (profil and permissions) and without bug traking, mailing list...

The short need is to easily add project, add users, manage their
permissions, without the need of making a lot of scripts or
documentation: with a GUI ;-)
