TSVN checkout error, but can checkout from unix client

Hi,

I recently convert source codes from cvs to subversion. I have no
problem to checkout the entire repository (3610 files, 32437 revisions)
from unix client. But when I checkout the
repository via TSVN-1.2.1, I always get an error message as the
following.

Error: In directory 'C:\test_herb\trunk\herb' Can't open file
'C:\test_herb\trunk\herb\.svn\tmp\text-base\mb_interlea.h.svn-base':
The system cannot find the file specified.

I tried windows version of svn client (either svn co svn:// or svn co
http://..). It's the same problem. (VirusScan was disabled when
checkout)

Here is my Subversion environment.
Server: Subversion 1.2.1 w/Apache 2.0.54 on solaris 8
Client: TortoiseSVN 1.2.1 on Windows XP pro
The repository can be checkout via unix client (either svn co svn:// or
svn co http://..) But no luck via TSVN.

Anyone sees this problem before? I couldn't find any discussion
regarding this.

Regards,

Mike
