i tried now to checkout only the directory, where i get the error:
svn: In directory 'src'
svn: Can't open file 'src\.svn\tmp\text-base\sensor.c.svn-base': The
system cann ot find the file specified.

so, the directory length is very short how you can see above.

im not really sure, what you mean here.
I can checkout the file on a unix system without a problem, so i have
full access to the repository.
On the local path there are the normal access rights set. In .svn
directory every file is writeprotected and that should be fine.
