I can't understand the bug here. "Relocate" simply rewrites the
SVN_ROOT prefix on every URL in your working copy. If your working
copy consists of a mixture of 'switched' urls within the same
repository, then rewriting the url prefixes should have no effect.

Would you like to be more specific?
