issue tracking / project managment with svn - integration

Hi folks,

I'm looking for some kind of web based open source issue tracking /
project management tool which might have a built-in subversion
integration or able to integrate with subversion thru a plug-in.

Maybe there's also a groupware tool that could fullfill my need.

My main intention is the issue or better task tracking part.

Currently tasks are assigned thru emails, telephone or at project
meetings. But there is no way to track them... from time to time
some tasks also get lost, no matter if it was assigned thru email
or something else.

If I got a task for a colleague/partner I'd like to assigne him
the task and he should automatically be informend about this new
assignment thru email (sms would be great to to annyou somebody *g*)

Furthermore it would be perfect to combine it with project / milestone

The only thing I've found thru a frand is Trac:

It looks it could be the tool I'm looking for but I'm not quite sure.
Some of the others I've found got a litte bit more professional look,
but no subversion integration. And I also don't have the time to test
several tools. Got just one chance, because it also takes some time
to get used to it and train my colleagues and partners.

So I would appreciate every thought, idea, whatever comes to
your mind (and is actually useful) about this subject.
