svnadmin dump

Hi,

We had some sort of corruption occur when trying to do a dump and after
running checkdisk, we get the following error when trying to dump:

svn: Can't set position pointer in file 'd:/svn/AppTheory/db/revs/551':
An attempt was made to move the file pointer before the beginning of the
file.

Is it possible to fix this? Thanks!
