I didn't think to search bugzilla for 'ra_dav' && slow. :#)
Does anyone have suggestion for a work around?
I'm thinking either: run svnserve for that repository, forgoing AD group management until it's fixed. OR maybe (will this improve performance?) split the files into subdirectories.
