Subversion hanging when access a repository

Hi all,

I have a subversion repository which is 'hangs' whenever I attempt to
access it. It appears to be because it is waiting for a lock (which I am
100% sure noone holds because the machine was recently rebooted).

The hotcopy fails also, and doing an strace on it reveals it waiting on
the lock.

It there anyway to kill a lock on the repository?

I am using RH EL 3 and Subversion version 1.1.1 (r11581)
