shared working copy and permissions

Hi,

I have a scenario where we have a working copy checked out with many
users updating this WC using 'svn update'. The shared WC is a website,
with the users fixing bugs in their own WCs, and then updating their
changes live.

I have read some previous postings on the list, and was pointed to the
folloing issue:

It's marked as fixed, but I am still having problems with permissions
on the .svn/entries file, which gets its group write permissions erased
on a 'svn update'.

I am running version 1.2.1 on both the client and server. Should I
expect this to be fixed in this version?
