Not using apache at all. I'm using SVNService to run svnserve as a service
on startup. I removed that and tried to run svnserve from the command line:

svnserve -d -r t:\path to repo

But so far no go. Also re-installed the svnservice - no luck either. Sounds
like another reboot is in order. Argh.
