If it works for others then the problem must lie at your work. Did you
read my previous e-mail? As I've said before it is possible that they
have installed a proxy server that controls the internet connection. You
can configure proxy servers, so they only allow standard HTTP commands,
like GET/POST/HEAD. Subversion uses WebDAV, which utilizes special HTTP
commands like PROPFIND, REPORT, MERGE, MKACTIVITY, CHECKOUT. It could be
that those are blocked.
