Yes, on the Server runs Windows. Clients are Windows and a few Linux machines. We don't want to use Source Safe no longer, because it's getting very slow and unstable. Another Subversion advantage is the support for both OS.

I have tested LDAP as authentication mechanism, but I choosed SSPI module, because all users that should have access to Subversion are known to the windows domain and they can simply authenticate with their windows passwords. Therefore we don't get inconsistencies between SVN access and windows accounts.

I know that authentication is possible, but is the handling of the repository acces possible as well?
