My tool is not graphical, but a web based, and I'm using it to manage
about 10 different repositories for more than hundred users. All my
repositories are using SVNParentPath, and I do not have direct access to
the server at all. The tool allows to work with ACLs for a particular
repository without bothering about other repositories. You may check it
