Subversion issue

We've been running subversion on a Windows 2003 server for quite some time
with no hiccups. We are running Apache version 2.0.54.0. We recently
upgraded to version 1.2 of subversion.

Every so often we received errors until we realized that we needed to
upgrade to BerkeleyDB 4.3. We did so following the instructions at
http://subversion.tigris.org/faq.html#bdb43-upgrade. After a few weeks of
flawless operation, we are now getting an error (from apache) of "Faulting
application Apache.exe, version 2.0.54.0, faulting module libdb43.dll,
version 4.0.3.27, fault address 0x0006bf19." SVNAdmin recover hangs on the
database.

We even restored a backup, ran SVNAdmin recover on it, restored it and the
system hangs with the first checkin.

Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this?
