[PATCH] SMTP support for commit-email.pl

Since the machine hosting my subversion repository does not have sendmail
installed, I had to change the commit-email.pl script that comes with
subversion in order to use an external SMTP server for sending emails.

The changes to the script are really straightforward, as connecting to an
SMTP server using Net::SMTP is IMVHO even easier than interfacing to it
locally using the sendmail command.
