Translation: "SVN has all the features I want, but they're not
implemented in a way that's convenient for my corporate bias. I
guess the features don't exist, then."

(It turns out, by the way, that someone *is* working on adding per-
directory authorization to the standalone 'svnserve' server this
summer, so it's likely we'll see that feature relatively soon.)
