Exporting a svn repo via HTTP using only htaccess

I would like to host a subversion repository out of my home directory
on my school's Apache 1.3 server. They have a pretty loose .htaccess
policy. Can I configure the server to export the repo from my homedir
like this? If so, I don't suppose anyone has a sample .htaccess file.
