The command doesn't exist. You have to filter the file out of a dump of your repository and then load the filtered dumpfile.

Can anyone help me ? I would like to wipe a ressource and all it's
history from my repos, but I can't find the 'svnadmin wipeoutforever
URL' command I was expecting ? :)
