Re: subversion in action book

This book is currently only availible from Manning as an ebook. It
appears in Google caches as a softbound book at several European
sites, but when I attempt to fetch these pages, I get 404'd.

It could be that Manning had plans to sell this as a softbound book,
but decided agaist it for now.

If you like the book, contact Manning to find out what their
publication plans are. They may publish is softbound later in the year
if they feel there is a demand for it.
