Subversion 1.2.1 Win32 binary release delayed

Dear users of Subversion on Windows,

I have decided to delay the release of the svn-.1.2.1 Win32 binary
package until the latest security bug found in ZLib has been fixed
(presumably, until ZLib-1.2.3 is released). The ZLib bug is described here:
