[ANN] SVN::RaWeb::Light 0.6.0

We are proud to announce the 0.6.0 release of SVN::RaWeb::Light:

The highlight of this release are the URL translations which translate served
paths to URLs inside the real Subversion repositories for convenient
manipulation of the resources by clients that accept such URLs.

Other changes:

1. A Help screen was added.

2. The code was heavily refactored.

3. Many automated tests were added and the test suite now has full coverage.
