From what you tell about your source code situation (multiple
applications with common modules), I would recommend one repository.

However, since you have followed the "One repository to rule them all"
thread, you'll know that not everybody would agree with me
unconditionally. There are practical implications that should be
considered regarding backup, load balancing, security, etc.

Hehe. I also have to use Outlook, but I type up everything beyond a
few lines in Emacs and paste it over to Outlook when I'm finished
editing :)
