Seems like a quite thorough analysis, thanks for sharing it.
>From what I remember Clearcase only has a good GUI for Windows, but Unix tools are not that advanced. Installation requirements are quite high and it integratates tightly with windows (which is not always a good thing IMHO)
One of the features which some of our devs like in CC is Views (like auto-updating/live snapshots), which are only mentioned as a side note.
You might mention windows explorer integration too (tortoise) in the section "Integration with Development tools"
