There is a svnservice project http://svnservice.tigris.org/ based on
.Net technology but there is not much activity. Maybe they accept
to host the original SVNService C code from Magnus Norddahl
(http://dark.clansoft.dk/~mbn/svnservice/) as well as your changes.
I'll post a copy of this thread to users@svnservice.tigris.org.
