Incorrect revison on rolled back file?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or expected behaviour, but I thought I'd raise
it just in case.

I'm using SVN 1.2 on a windows system.

My query is that I have a file under source control that was itself updated
on revisons 229, 239, 495 & 498. In order to determine if a bug was
introduced by a change to this file, I updated this file to revison 239.

Out of curiousity I wanted to see if there was a way of telling if the file
not the latest version, so I did an SVN INFO command against the file in
question. This reported that the Revison was 239 and Last Changed revison
was 239. Surely the Last Changed revison should be 498?
