relocation error...

hi all

Using a clean RHEL3 box as a svn client, installed svn via apt-get
(v1.1.4 r13838).
trying to export a project, and get the following error:

svn export svn://10.221.5.110/projects/siteadmin/trunk
svnserve: relocation error:
/usr/lib/libsvn_subr-1.so.0: undefined symbol:
apr_env_get

Any ideas?
