Database fans:

I believe Daniel is absolutely correct. Erwin has a bidirectional compare
feature, which is essentially designed to allow users to update one schema
and/or Erwin database model file from the contents of another. You don't
have to modify them, and I think that feature allows the results to be saved
to a file.

  Maybe Erwin:

Caveat: People at my workplace use it (far removed from me) and I
think I've heard them say that it can do database diffs in the past.
However, they've since demonstrated that they don't really know what
that means in a greater context, so Erwin might not be capable of that
  at all.
