undefined symbol: svn_fs_access_add_lock_token

Hello, I am in the middle of upgrading subversion from 1.1.05 to 1.2 on
Linux (fedora 3) and after the installation with the rpms from the
subversion site I am receiving this error upon the restart of Apache:

"undefined symbol: svn_fs_access_add_lock_token"

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times (just in case) but no
luck. I have also googled this error and did not find anything worth while.
I am using the subversion.conf file that is installed with mod_dav_svn with
no locations and I am also using a very basic (default) apache 2 httpd.conf
file. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
