keywords expansion problem

    Hi!

Problem is:
    I have files with keywords expansion enabled. And keyword $Date:$
expanded with full date in strange format. Locale is Russian (platform
win32) and month and year is in Russian language, but in UTF-8 charset.
Is there any way to expand full date in other language (english) or
another charset (windows-1251 in my case)
