Yup... vast majority of Windows users + vast majority of Mac users = no
clear majority of Subversion users here. :-)

While I agree that Subversion should permit checking in files that
already exist in another case variant (since this can easily be
prevented by a hook if desired), the error message encountered when
attempting to check out a directory containing two or more files with
names differing only in case should be improved to indicate that this
is the reason it can't be checked out.
