reading the book, I see that we can run dump and load to migrate
repository from Berkeley DB to fsfs when we do upgrade subversion. I
wonder if we can migrate a repository within a version. Say I currently
have berkeley db repositories with subversion 1.1.4, I want to upgrade
to subversion1.2 without changing the database scheme. Can I still
change it later after I already installed subvesrion1.2?
