I would like to second this request. svn has several very confusing error messages,
and this is the top one. It should say "no such URL" instead.
It's quite common to make a typo in an svn switch statement, and "no such URL"
would be a much better error message than "Cannot replace a directory from within"
(which looks at first sight like some svn limitation...)
