Do You have any examples? I ran svn server on Windows 2003, but sh,
perl, pyton scripting is possible.

I checked this idea before this post - it doesn't work. They don't
listen, and average user count is much greater than admin count. So I need
kind of helper, simply:
no upgrade - no commits :-)
