libsvn_test-1.dylib is in subversion/tests/.libs of the source
tarball. The tests try to set the DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH environment
variable to include that path when running the tests but it appears
that didn't work for some reason.

I have not tried an apache build yet so I'll try that and get back to
you.

I may have been wrong about the individual tests being more verbose.
I thought I had seen that during some previous experimentation but I
guess I was mis-remembering.
