update to svn1.2 on fc2?

I'm running subversion-1.1.3 on fedora core 2 and would like to update
it to subversion 1.2. There are some questions I have before I decided
to do update. Maybe somebody's already done it on fedora core 2.
    1. Our repository is using berkeley db ( db4-4.2), do I really need
to migrate it to use fsfs?
    2. Do I need to upgrade db?
    3. are there any apache modules 1.2 needs to have other than the
ones used in 1.1.3?
