Thanks Chris, for windows it's application/vnd.visio. I had it
originally set to application/visio, but even after changing it in the
Subversion tab and the TortoiseSVN config file, nothing changed.

Try checking to see what the mime-type associated with Visio is. I have
no idea how to do this in Windows.

On a GNU/Linux box here at work I found this mime type. Not sure if it
is correct or not. Search the web for the right mime type string if
you don't know how to check for yourself.

[root@summer trac-trunk]# grep visio /etc/mime*
/etc/mime.types:application/vnd.visio
