no ancestry entry

Hi,

If i try to commit an added file I get the following error:

Entry has no URL
svn:
'E:\SVN_PROJEKTE\uba-iuclid-x\src\java\org\uba\iuclidx\dbexport\ics' has
no ancestry information

Can someone give me any hint what this means or even better how to
possibly fix it?
