Using Subversion with .VBP files?

I was just curious if anyone has experience with using Subversion with
.VBP files which are the project files for Visual Basic 6. For some
reason each developer has different references at the top of this
file, and no matter how many times we sync them, I guess Visual Basic
changes them back when you open them.

Of course we need this file under version control because if a
developer adds a new form to the project, that's how it gets included
in the code. Does anyone have any ideas?
