no repository found in

Hello,

I opened the SVN server as deamon and I have a directory in D which is
called "repo"

When I try to import a file through Eclipse plugin-tortoise, it says

"no repository found in "svn://ENIGMA/repo"

I have conf, dav, db, hooks, locks directories in repo directory.

My svnserve.txt file is

anon-access = read

auth-access = write

password-db = passwd.txt

realm = Repo Subversion

I have defined 2 user with their passwords.

But when I try to import or put something to repository, I get an error.

Can anyone help me?
