Installing Subversion on Window is very easy. Just download the zip file
and unzip it. You can then just mass install that on your systems. You
should create an environment variable named APR_ICONV_PATH and point it to
the "iconv" sub-folder and you could also add the "bin" sub-folder to the
PATH.

TortoiseSVN, if you want to mass install it, is packaged in a *.msi. Does
that make it easier?
