'Show Log' in TortoiseSVN ->Lock table is out of available locker entries

Hi All,
We have been using Tortoise SVN 1.1.3 against SVN 1.1.3 for 1 Month now,
but have come across the folllowing problem, (I have also posted this in
the TortoiseSVN List)
Some files have 100's of revisions, and when a "Show Log" is attempted
against them the following error is displayed

Berkeley DB error while opening 'uuids' table for filesystem
/devel/repos/devel/db
Not enough space
bdb: Lock table is out of available locker entries

Increasing the value of locks for DB_CONFIG to 5000 did alleviate the
problem, but it has returned.

Has anyone any idea what can be done to sort this out in the long term?

And will the problem get worse as the database grows?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Michael
