Windows install without effecting Apache

Hello,

Please pardon me if I've overlooked some documentation:

Is there any simple command-line switch or such to install Subversion on a
Windows workstation without it making any changes to Apache?

I plan on using just svnserve locally with FSFS type of repository. I have
Apache on my workstation for a particular purpose and would like to leave
it unmodified.
