disable some repository access (RA) modules

From: Carlos Flores <cflores_at_gmv.es>

Hi all,

As you know, calling "svn --version" gives us the available repository
access modules for a svn client.

I was wordering if exists some way to disable some of them, in my
particular case, i will like to disable ra_local access.

I have been googling around but any comment about. I have been compiling
subversion playing with some #define variables, disabling
SVN_LIBSVN_CLIENT_LINKS_RA_LOCAL variable, without success.

Cheers,
Carlos.
