I've observed behavior like this as well. The interesting bit is a
web page I wrote for my fiance with a random picture of us will fail
to completely load the picture almost all of the time when I visit
from my mac, but when she visits from her WinXP Box its fine, The
page is hosted on 10.4 with Apache 2.0.52 (the Complete Apache2 package)

Back more on topic, I got the same "Chunk Delimiter Invalid" error
trying to checkout over http, but when I used svnserve it all worked
fine.
